I've always had a passion for photography. It grew into childhood portraiture with the birth of my son. After 15 years of architectural photography in San Francisco, I made the decision to photograph children instead of architecture - children who sometimes cry, giggle, act silly, dress up, throw up, throw tantrums then settle down and ultimately share a ittle bit of "who they are" instead of just "what they look like".

I live for those moments where a child’s playful spirit comes alive.  You will get your traditional portraits – that’s why you come to me.  Beyond that, it’s the in-between moments, the soulful shots, and the unexpected glances I try to capture.
